Warner Hotels are known for their “Just for Grown-Ups” historic hotels.
 
Built in the 18th century by a wealthy Bradford wool merchant, Nidd Hall is a potpourri of architectural styles. Rumour has it that Edward VIII met Wallis Simpson at a party here. Nidd Hall is set in 45 acres with award winning gardens. You can cast a rod on the fishing lake or, from some of the rooms, cast your eyes over the spectacular Yorkshire countryside.

ITINERARY

Day 1

We depart the local area and make a stop for lunch before arriving at Nidd Hall mid-afternoon, ready to settle in and get acquainted with all the facilities on site. A full programme of entertainment every evening is included.

Day 2

This morning, we take a scenic drive through the breath-taking Yorkshire Dales National Park, passing through Pateley Bridge & Grassington arriving at the historic town of Skipton with its impressive medieval castle, on market day.

Day 3

Enjoy the day at leisure to make use of all of the hotel's facilities.

Day 4

Today we visit York, a city where ancient walls surround incredible local businesses, attractions, shops, and eateries. There are thirty world-class museums including the National Railway Museum, York Minster, York Castle Museum, York Dungeon & the JORVIK Viking Centre. Take a cruise along the River Ouse or enjoy some retail therapy and explore the famous York Shambles.

Day 5

We depart Nidd Hall after a leisurely breakfast and return home with a lunch stop on route, arriving back late afternoon.
