DETAILED OVERVIEW
ITINERARY
Day 1
Departing the local area we will make suitable stops on route arriving at The Headland Hotel, a highly rated 3* hotel situated above Torquay, with views out across the sea and private gardens.
|Day 2
This morning, we enjoy a scenic drive along the coast to Powderham Castle, the family home of the Earl of Devon. Explore the castle and grounds, in the unique picturesque setting within an ancient deer park beside the Exe estuary. This afternoon we visit the cathedral city of Exeter.
|Day 3
A free day to spend in Torquay at your leisure.
|Day 4
Today we take a scenic drive to the pretty harbour town of Dartmouth, where we enjoy a river cruise before time at leisure to visit the quaint shops.
|Day 5
This morning we head to Brixham, with time to explore the small fishing village before returning to Torquay for an afternoon at leisure.
|Day 6
After breakfast we commence our journey home with suitable stops on route arriving back late afternoon/early evening.
