We make our journey north with a lunch stop at Melton Mowbray (Victorian Christmas Fayre TBC) on route. We arrive at the 4* Best Western Derby Mickleover Court Hotel with time to unpack and settle in before dinner.
|Saturday 3 December
Today we visit the "Palace of the Peaks" Chatsworth House, home to the family of the Dukes of Devonshire since 1549. Enjoy their festive displays, (theme to be announced) which include lights and decorations. Explore their gift shop for Christmas gift ideas and enjoy a warming drink in the café.
|Sunday 4 December
Today we make our journey home making a stop at Boundary Mills & Downtown Shopping Stores who offer a range of quality fashion and homeware brand names at up to 75% off RRP. All under one roof, with cafe facilities onsite for lunch.
