ITINERARY

Day 1

After an early departure we make our way north with stops on route arriving at the 4* Doubletree by Hilton Westerwood Spa & Golf Resort with time to get settled in before dinner.

Day 2

Today we enjoy an unforgettable boat cruise on the Firth of Forth with spectacular views of the road and rail bridges, before heading into Scotland's historic capital city of Edinburgh with time at leisure to explore its imposing castle, Royal Mile, Princes Street and the Palace of Holyrood house, the official Scottish residence of the King.

Day 3

Step back in time and enjoy a truly memorable journey along the River Forth on the Bo'ness & Kinneil Railway. We then make our way to the Helix where we include a Kelpies Guided Tour. These magnificent equine sculptures, standing proudly at 30 meters tall, embody the power and grace of Scotland's rich heritage. Discover the intricate details, the marvellous feat of engineering and the symbolism that lies within. We finish our day with a visit to the Falkirk Wheel, an amazing feat of engineering and the world's first and only rotating boat lift.

Day 4

Today we head into the city of Stirling with its striking hilltop Stirling Castle. Visit one of the towns many attractions including The Castle, The Wallace Monument, The Old Town Jail, The Battle on Bannockburn Experience or The Church of the Holy Rude. Join a walking tour or snap up some souvenirs from the Stirling Bagpipes Shop.

Day 5

We depart this morning after breakfast, with breaks for coffee and lunch returning home late afternoon.
