Get in the festive spirit & join us for an exciting Turkey & Tinsel Break at the wonderful Trouville Hotel in Sandown. The Turkey & Tinsel itinerary includes: a Christmas quiz, a visit from Santa's little helpers, a traditional Christmas dinner, a 'New Year's Eve' candlelit dinner and evening entertainment. We also include a visit to the pretty harbour town of Ryde & an optional visit to Osbourne House. Day 1
We depart the local area and travel to the south coast to catch the ferry to the Isle of Wight, arriving at 3* Trouville Hotel mid-afternoon.
|Day 2
This morning, we enjoy an excursion to Ryde. Ryde has beautiful sandy beaches, a pretty little Harbour, and the many boutique shops and eateries. We return to the hotel where you can relax in in the lounge bar with a cup of tea or coffee and biscuits followed by a Christmas Quiz. This evening, join us in the ballroom for a wine reception & a visit from one of Santa's special helpers, followed by a traditional Christmas dinner served in the restaurant.
|Day 3
Enjoy the morning at leisure in Sandown, lunches are available to order from the bar and in the afternoon, you can relax in in the lounge bar with a cup of tea or coffee and Christmas cake followed by a friendly game of Bingo. After dinner we have an evening of music and dancing in the ballroom.
|Day 4
Today there is an optional visit to Osborne House (entrance is at own cost, English Heritage members are free). Osborne House reflects Queen Victoria and Prince Albert's passions, tastes and style. Ornate furnishings and artefacts from The Royal Collection fill rooms and corridors where Victoria entertained heads of state, inventors, princes and princesses, and ruled the vast British Empire. Enjoy a 'New Year's Eve' farewell candlelit dinner followed by a party night in the ballroom with dancing, music & entertainment.

We catch the ferry and make our way home, arriving back late afternoon.
