We are members of the Guild Of British Coach Operators, The Confederation of Passenger Transport (CPT), and the Coach Tourism Association (CTA), which are all associations dedicated to ensuring that customers experience first-class service, the highest levels of safety, and a premium quality fleet.
We provide coach-hire clients with 24-hour emergency support and online access to their customer account. In the unlikely event that your coach is delayed for more than one hour due to a mechanical defect, we will waive one day’s hire charge.

Let us convey your personnel safely, efficiently, and in comfort whilst reducing your company’s carbon footprint. Our modern coaches have low emissions and are chauffeured by professional and experienced drivers. We provide ground transportation services for large events and work with travel trade partners to organise transfers, day charters, city tours, meet-and-greet, and translation services. We can advise on travelling times, routes, hotels, conference venues, and places of interest, if required.

We offer and provide safe and reliable group travel solutions to schools, colleges, and universities. Whether you’re providing coach travel for team supporters or organising orchestral tours, Richmonds have the right coach to meet your needs. We offer attractive rates for regular journeys such as taking pupils to swimming lessons, teams to sports fixtures or students from home-to-school or college campuses and will provide travel-related risk assessments on request to support staff and pupils.
SPORTS AND SOCIAL CLUBS
In this vibrant region, there is a club for every letter of the alphabet: from the Aikido team to the Zero Carbon Emission Society. Whether you need to transport a rugby team, U3A group, or a party of race-goers, we take care of everything from parking permits to pick-up points so that you enjoy your day. Capacious luggage holds mean that we can also transport large bulky items for sports fixtures or special objects such as musical instruments with ease.
CELEBRATIONS AND OCCASIONS
For celebrations, such as weddings or parties, we can take care of your travel arrangements, ensuring that your guests are in the right place at the right time. If there’s limited parking at your venue or you need to shuttle your guests between the venue and airports, stations, and hotels, we can help. Our smaller coaches are often useful on such occasions especially when the venue has narrow road and/or gate access. Vehicles can be decorated for a special occasion on request.
EUROPEAN TRAVEL
We make long-distance coach travel straightforward, comfortable, and enjoyable. Richmonds have extensive experience in taking groups abroad for holidays, musical and sports tours, field, and ski trips. To help with the arrangements, we can assist with planning your itinerary and timings and propose the most appropriate route (with adequate comfort stops) and arrange cross-channel travel. Passengers can relax in our reclining seats, watch a DVD, plug into our USB ports, or take a nap arriving ready to enjoy what the destination has to offer.
AGENT AND INBOUND TOURS
You can be confident that the quality of our coaches and service reflects your travel brand. Our award winning leisure team can take care of transfers, create tailored programmes, find the right hotels, book tickets for theatres and shows, arrange admission to stately homes and organise city breaks. We can also arrange special interest, Blue Badge Guides and interpreters, if required.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
We are conveniently located for all of the London airports (Stansted, Luton, Gatwick, Heathrow, London City) and the regional airports such as Norwich and South End. Our coaches accommodate copious amounts of luggage and our executive coaches (with onboard washroom facilities) offer extra comfort on onward journeys. Airport meet-and-greet hosts and translation services can be arranged so that your group experiences a first-class service from the moment they arrive.
HOSTING SERVICES
Meet-and-greet hosts or translators can be arranged so that your group will experience a first-class service from the moment they arrive at the ferry terminal, train station, and airport. Our representative will meet your group, call forward your coach and escort your party to the group pick-up area. Special interest and Blue Badge Guides can also be arranged.
