Get free bus travel in Hertfordshire at any
time and free off-peak travel between
9.30 am and 11 pm weekdays and all-day
during the weekend and bank holidays
across England. Disabled passengers can
also ask for a companion pass so that
someone can travel with you.

How can we help you?
We would like to encourage older passengers and customers with disabilities to travel with us. Our drivers will give you reasonable assistance if you need help to get on and off a bus or a coach however they are not able to physically lift passengers or heavy mobility equipment. Our vehicles comply with the Disability Discrimination Act as they have low floor access for ease of use with wheelchairs and pushchairs.

We operate reliable and friendly bus services (commercially and on behalf of Hertfordshire County Council). Our buses have low floor access with wheelchair and buggy areas and CCTV. They are modern and fuel efficient too, helping to keep our carbon footprint low.
