Do some Christmas shopping at Banbury Castle Quay shopping centre and visit the Regency town of Cheltenham. In addition to the extensive grounds, the property has the largest number of bedrooms, three restaurants and two entertainment venues and facilities are much wider spread than their other hotels. Please be aware of the accessibility and distance between facilities when navigating around the hotel complex before confirming your booking. The key point to highlight is there will be a lot of walking involved at Heythrop Park. On average, a guest should expect to have a walk of up to 10 minutes each way from their bedroom to the restaurants and entertainment venues.In addition the Wellness & Spa facilities, including the swimming pool, are a further 10 minute walk. The hotel is fully accessible with ramps and stairs to all areas. Lif t access between floor levels is available throughout the hotel, however please note that due to the nature of the building lifts are limited, facilities are located across multiple levels, and there is no lift access in the Manor House. For any guest with specific accessibility requirements, this request must be made at the time of booking to ensure we can provide suitable accommodation. Rooms will most likley be allocated in the South Wing. From the South Wing Car Park there is approximately a 5-minute walk on a slight incline to the South Wing Reception. For guests who do not have luggage on wheels or are unable to carry their luggage, there is a buggy service available to assist.ITINERARY
Day 1
With a late morning pick up we depart the local area arriving at our hotel mid-afternoon for check in.
|Day 2
After a leisurely breakfast, we enjoy a scenic tour of the honey-coloured limestone towns and villages of the Cotswolds. Including a visit to Stow-on-the-Wold, with its many fine antique shops.
|Day 3
Today we make our way to Banbury, we drop off in the centre of town right outside the Castle Quay shopping centre, home to over 50 different stores and plenty of restaurants. It's the perfect place for some Christmas shopping.
|Day 4
This morning, we visit the Regency town of Cheltenham. Cheltenham nestles against the Cotswolds with an abundance of independent and much-loved High-Street shops, and incredible dining experiences from street food to Michelin starred fine dining.
|Day 5
We depart Heythrop after a leisurely check out returning home early afternoon.
