Felixstowe
Felixstowe is an attractive seaside resort that has retained much of its charm and elegance over the years. Beautiful gardens line its long, level promenade and Felixstowe boasts over 4 miles of sand and shingle beaches still dotted with colourful beach huts. There is a good selection of amusements and children's activities along the seafront, including indoor and outdoor adventure golf, miniature train rides and a boating lake, and the traditional seaside assortment of slot machines and indoor amusements. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes along the seafront, town centre and the beach areas, which range from upmarket bistros to kiosks on the pier selling ice cream and fish and chips.
