ITINERARY

Day 1

Departing the local area, we make our way north to Leeds for some Christmas shopping. Leeds is one of the UK's best shopping destinations, you'll find all your favourite high-street names and luxury brands here, but it's the independent shopping, markets and breath-taking Victorian arcades that really set Leeds apart. There are 7 shopping centres and Harvey Nichols all within easy walking distance of the coach drop off point. We arrive at the 4* Thorpe Park Hotel & Spa with time to settle in before dinner.

Day 2

Today we visit York, where you can soak up the medieval charm of Christmas. Enjoy the Christmas spirit as you wander through the St Nicholas Christmas Fair in the centre of Parliament Street before going off the beaten track to find York's hidden retail gems. The Shambles Market has a diverse selection of traders and unique crafts and along the Shambles itself are shops with souvenirs and wizarding memorabilia.

Day 3

This morning we visit Harewood House. Walk through beautifully decorated festive rooms with theatrical Christmas sets, starlit rooms, shadows dancing on the walls, moving set-pieces, poetic narration and a cinematic soundtrack, this Christmas at Harewood is not to be missed. We return home late afternoon.
